The Sanctuary Liberal Catholic Church (TSLCC) is an independent Christian church rooted in the Catholic sacramental tradition and shaped by a deep commitment to inclusion, compassion, and spiritual freedom. We exist to offer sanctuary—a place of welcome, healing, and belonging—for all who seek God, regardless of background, identity, or life journey.

TSLCC affirms the richness of the Catholic heritage while embracing a liberal and open theology that values conscience, reason, and lived experience. We believe that faith grows best where questions are welcomed, diversity is honoured, and love is placed at the heart of all things.

At the centre of our life together is the sacramental life of the Church. The sacraments are understood as outward signs of God’s grace and are offered freely and reverently, without discrimination. All are welcome to receive the sacraments according to their need and spiritual readiness, not as a reward for conformity, but as a gift of grace.
